Multiple Accounts Not Signing In

I use 1Password with a personal and a business account. On the desktop app I am signed into both and it works and the old 1Password extension would populate from both accounts. The new one however will not let me sign into multiple vaults. The new extension is currently synced with the desktop and uses it to unlock. When I try and add a new vault to the extension it stops after telling me to get the account details and I can not go any further.

    Hey @bass_rock ,

    I'd like us to try and reset the desktop app to get things syncing properly between the two. Please try this when you can:

    1. Log into both of your accounts (work and personal) via our website and make sure that all of your data is there because we're going to delete it all from the desktop app, and this is your source of backup.
    2. After you've made sure all of your data and passwords are present in your accounts via our web app, remove the 1Password extension from your browser.
    3. Reset the 1Password desktop app like so: https://support.1password.com/cs/starting-over/
    4. Add both accounts back into the desktop app and let them sync all the data back in.
    5. Install 1Password in your browser and it should now add both accounts properly into the extension.

    Did that work as expected?
