For banks in Taiwan, the online banking websites all have one userID and two separate and different password fields, how do I save this?

Some examples:

https://www.cathaybk.com.tw/MyBank/Home/Login

    Hey @yusheng ,

I tested both websites with 1Password in the browser on a computer and when I saved a new login, it did save all three fields and autofilled them properly.

Here's one example: http://recordit.co/7ktj2mHc5e (Sorry for the long loading time where there's a white screen, I guess I'm too far away from this country so there's a big delay when loading the website) .

Are you able to replicate these steps with 1Password in your browser on a computer?

Thanks, I saved the passwords for https://www.ctbcbank.com/twrbo/zh_tw/index.html successfully. However, if I go to a different page that requires the same passwords, they don't autofill. Do I just need to create a separate entry in the vault to cover that page?

To be clear, I saved the userid and 2 passwords on https://www.ctbcbank.com/twrbo/zh_tw/index.html (login on upper right corner) and it works and autofills. But if I go to this other page https://www.ctbcbank.com/twrbc/twrbc-general/ot001/020 the autofill doesn't work. 1password fills in the top two fields by putting the 1st password into the userID and 2nd password into the 1st password and leaves the 2nd password field blank. Weird.

@yusheng – Glad to hear you ended up saving an item successfully for the first CTBC URL you mentioned!

I see what you're saying. It does look like the code differs quite a bit between the two pages you mentioned, so a separate Login may be in order. That being said, I tried saving a Login on the second URL you mentioned, and I'm having a hard time getting the third field to fill. Not only that, but there's no htmlName or htmlID given to the third field, so even tweaking a Login item won't work the way we need it to. The good news is that this website has already been reported to our team as one that we've had trouble filling multiple password fields on, and the development team is actively searching for a fix. For now, I've found luck with using drag and drop to fill the third field. I hope that helps!
