v7.8.5 works fine with Catalina, but not Big Sur

Same frustrating experience as V7.8.4. In my Catalina "environment", all works well with V7.8.5 and my browsers (primary one is Brave, but use Firefox sometimes). But in my Big Sur (V11.4) environment, no go! As with V7.8.4, after upgrading from V7.8.3, when I use Brave to visit a site that requires a password, when I click on the 1Password icon, I get the dialogue "Add 1Password to Brave (same message to any other browser, with that browser's name there)". I then follow the instructions to remove 1Password from Brave, then add it again. But that stupid "Add 1 Password to Brave" message pops up again after clicking on the 1Password icon.

So, I have "moved" back to V7.8.3 in my Big Sur environment, and it works flawlessly. Very, very frustrating!
