problèmes extension navigateurs

Bonjour, depuis que j'ai réalisé une restauration avec recovery l'extension 1password ne parviens pas à vérifier l'identité du navigateur et ne s'installe plus sur les autres navigateurs comme firefox et google chrome, ceci est survenu juste après la restauration, restauration qui a été suivi par une incompatibilité subite de la carte graphique une gtx 1080.
Seule l'application de bureau fonctionne normalement. Dans iOS aucun problèmes la synchronisation entre l'ordinateur et iOS est normale.

I'm curious which version of the extension you're using. Would you mind double checking the version number for me? I also noticed that you're a couple versions behind on the 1Password for Mac desktop app – I'm currently on 7.8.5. Are you able to update to the latest version?

I did reboots without success; the extension is in the safari toolbar but is not active, I tried to install it in google chrome and firefox which are both in my apps, but I am asked to download them , this unnecessary quies because I get a totally inoperative dmg: these problems with the 1password application occurred after this restoration which I already told you about and at the same time I have the graphics card, an nvidia gtx 1080 which suddenly became incompatible, which caused major malfunctions. my version of 1password is 7.8.2 and I don't know which extension is in and I don't know where to look for it.

Hey @jeanlagueyte ,

I think you may need to re-install 1Password here because things didn't go through properly via the restoration from your backup. Please try the following:

1. Right click the little 1Password icon in your Mac's menu bar (where the clock is) and select "Quit 1Password Completely".
2. Go to your Applications folder and delete the 1Password app. Do not use any 3rd party cleaning apps! Perform this task manually and your data will not be deleted.
3. Restart your Mac.
4. Download and install a fresh copy of 1Password: https://1password.com/downloads/
5. Open 1Password, then open your browser and see if things work properly.

Hello,
I completed a hard drive manually from another drive and without knowing the reason, 1password has become functional again in safari as the desktop application and 1password mini in the mac toolbar.
Yesterday I installed the extension in firefox and in google chrome; it has disappeared from google chrome but is still in firefox and is active.

I'm happy to hear everything is working properly again!

In Chrome, when you install new extensions, they are often hidden inside the grey puzzle piece icon on the top right corner of your browser, so you might find 1Password there :)
