iOS app on iPhone not syncing

    Can you provide a little more information? How are you syncing your devices? If you are using a membership is the data showing up on 1Password.com?

    The data is on 1Password.com and the the data syncs on my computers and iPad but not the iPhone. Subscription status is 'Subscribed' Should the app be deleted and reinstalled?

    Do you see a Primary vault on the iPhone? What about your membership vaults Personal/Private?

    No primary vault. Personal only. For whatever reason, it’s working now. Thanks for the interest and help.
