Can't unlock 1password in Browser extension but OK in app.

Hi,

Since the latest upgrade to 1Password I can no longer unlock the 1Password extension from within Chrome, either by clicking the "Open 1Password" button or by "Ctrl-Shift-X". I always get an incorrect password error. If I unlock 1Password using the desktop app then I can autofill and save passwords OK in Chrome. (Same Master Password for both)

Both the 1Password chrome extension and Chrome are up to date (checked a few minutes ago).

I have tried clearing the Chrome cache.
I have removed and reinstalled the 1Password chrome extension.
