Hi, I'm running MacOS Big Sur 11.4 on a Mac Mini M1 and trying to install the 1password classic extension on Edge 91.0.864.41. I am directed to the Chrome Web Store where I can't download the classic extension; I get a 1Password extension (desktop app required), since it doesn't seem to communicate with the 1password desktop client that's installed and running (1Password 7 Version 7.8.5 (70805001).

Could somebody please help me with the installation?

    Hey @cutter ,

When you try to install an extension from Chrome's store for the first time, Edge should pop up a notification asking you if you'd like to allow extensions to be installed from Chrome's store. After confirming, there should be an option to install the extension on the page.

If you didn't get the prompt that asks you if you'd like to allow installation of extensions from other stores, you can manually turn it on like so:

    1. Open Edge.
    2. Paste the following line into Edge's address bar and hit Enter: edge://extensions/
    3. On the bottom left corner of the page, turn on the "Allow extensions from other stores" option.

Let us know if that allowed you to install the extension in Edge.
