I am unable to save a login and password.

I went to Venmo and tried to save my information but I receive no items to show.

    Can you please clarify what you mean by "receive no items to show"?

    Unfortunately we cannot see the screenshot. Can you try uploading it again using the screenshot upload feature right above where you type your comments?

    Thanks for the screenshot, @mpeltz! I'm curious how you saved the item in the first place. Were you on Venmo's sign in form, and did you click the Save in 1Password button underneath the password field? Or were you on Venmo's registration form creating a brand new Venmo account? I'd like to test this out on my end, but I want to make sure I'm saving an item the same way as you.
