How do I change my email address if I only have access to "copy" it and my admin isn't able to edit?

I'm unable to edit my email address in my profile, I only see the option to "copy" my email address. I reached out to the 1password admin and they said they're not able to change the email address. How can we change the email address in this case? We have 30 people switching emails and want to avoid needing to create a new 1password account for each person to then need to manually migrate everything over.
