1password IPad wrong credentials

I have 1password on my iPad. I created one shared entry in my iPhone. It has not been updated in my iPad. I disconnected from 1Password in my iPad but, now when I enter the master password it tells « problem with authentication ». I tried to scan the QR code to install it—> it failed. I stopped and started my iPad. Still the issue. Could you support me?

    Hi @JulieIcard!

    Are you able to login to your 1Password account in a browser, rather than in the 1Password app on your iPad?

    No, I’ve just tried on a browser: it fails.
    But it works on 2 iPhones and 1 other iPad

    Thank you for the confirmation. It sounds like you configured your devices with different 1Password vaults and Master Password. Have you ever been able to use 1Password on this specific iPad, or did this just start happening recently?
