desktop app doesn't recognize password
One day my 1Password Chrome extension stopped letting me in. It says my password is incorrect. I can get to the 1Password site in a browser tab, and my password is correct there. I deleted the extension and the app from my system and reinstalled, same issue. What next?

Hi @dougplummer!
It sounds like you configured your desktop app with a different Master Password than the one you use for your 1Password account. If that is the case, and you forgot your Master Password for your local app and extension, you can reset the 1Password app:

Afterwards, you can enter the credentials that you are able to use on the website already :+1:
