Hi there,

I have a lot of googles chrome passwords and I can't select the suggestions https://cln.sh/c0TP63

Can I migrate all my Google chrome passwords and disable this Google feature? Any recommendations?

P.S. How can I set this Additional Information (optional, but very helpful) mandatory? I must add this every time?

1Password Version: 7.8.5
Extension Version: 2.0.2
OS Version: Big Sur 11.4

    Hi @cherrypay!

    Our recommendation is indeed to turn off the browser's password management feature so it does not interfere with 1Password:

    Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser

    Yes, this is possible. Here is a documentation page that shows you how to do it:

    Move your passwords from Chrome to 1Password

    I don't believe this is currently possible in the forum software unfortunately. I think it's also because this information changes regularly, so we run the risk of making wrong assumptions based on information that might be old.

    Thank you!

    Just imported my passwords. How can I remove them in Chrome?

    @cherrypay:

    You are welcome :) You can remove existing passwords from Chrome by following these Google instructions (see the Show, edit, delete, or export saved passwords section).

    Yes, but not in bulk? I have 700+ chrome passwords 😇

    @cherrypay:

    I am not a Chrome expert, but the last sentence in Google's documentation page seems like it would help with this:

    To clear all your saved passwords, clear browsing data and select "Passwords."
