Windows Hello separate taskbar window

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

Seems like 7 does some cleanup with the Hello dialog that 8 currently doesn't do:
7, the unknown icon flickers for a second then disappears):

8, the unknown icon stays until authenticated:
