Sharepoint switches to 'this is a public or shared computer'

I'm logging onto Sharepoint on prem, and although I've got it set to 'This is a private computer' when I put in my credentials via 1Password, it also changes that setting to 'This is a public or shared computer'. How do I update 1Password so it doesn't do this?

If you create a brand new Login item manually, without selecting the checkbox before saving it, does the new Login work?
