Separating my personal local vaults from my company's business account

Years ago, I bought a personal 1P license (I think v4 was the last one I paid for myself). Later, my company got a business account, which my 1P client (currently 7.8.5) is signed into. I have two personal, locally-stored "On My Mac" vaults in the sidebar.

What's best-practice for separating these? I don't need my company's vaults in my desktop/mobile clients; I'll sign in through the web UI if I need those. I assume I'll need to set up a new personal account, since the last license I personally have is version 4.
