not syncing between platforms

I don't seem to be getting sync between mac, ipad and iphone. The settings I think i was able to use some toime ago aren't available any more!

    Are all of your devices using the same sync type? How are you syncing your data?

    I have the a similar issue, I have licenses (for years now) for my iMac, my Android phone. It's not settings issue, it's the database. It is all stored in a vault (I;m syncing to a dropbox vault) but there are two hundred more saved items on the version on on mac then my phone, and I really need them all to show up. This has been going on for some time now. What should I be looking for?

    Can you check if both the Mac and the Android app are actually pointing to the same file in Dropbox? I wonder if you might have created two separate vaults.
