Website not syncing with desktop

I just joined 1Password today. I was able to set everything up on the webpage, even imported existing passwords from Chrome, but nothing seems to be syncing with the app I downloaded to my iMac desktop. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Do you see a Primary vault on your Mac? Did you add your account to the Mac?
