My Mac version of 1P isn't syncing with my iphone.

I'm on the latest version of 1P on both Mac and iOS. Both Mac and iOS versions indicate that syncing is happening via Dropbox. But I have at least one login, created yesterday on my Mac, that isn't showing up on my iPhone. Also, both my Safari and Chrome extensions see the login. But my iPhone doesn't.

1Password Version: On iOS, version 7.7.6. On Mac, version 7.8.6
Extension Version: Chrome 4.7.5.90. Safari 7.8.6
OS Version: iOS 14.6, MacOS 10.15.7
Sync Type: Dropbox

This guide has all the suggestions we collected over the years to try to fix Dropbox sync issues, so I recommend going through all of them and seeing if any of them help you too:
