Is MFA for Quickbooks Online Supported in 1Password?
I'm using QBO with MFA turned on. When I added my QBO account to 1Password it doesn't flag it as having MFA available. Does 1Password support QBO with MFA?

Thank you for the confirmation. Indeed, that seems to be the problem: 1Password shows those warnings based on the contents of 2fa.directory, and if you try to search "qbo.intuit.com" on that website, you will see no results come up.
In any case, QBO supports 2FA, so you should be able to scan the QR code with 1Password:

What URL should I be using then? When I go to the MFA setup on accounts.intuit.com I don’t have the option in 1Password to scan the QR code. What am I missing?

If you are referring to the URL inside your 1Password item, you can use the one I entered in my screenshot above: https://quickbooks.intuit.com.
But you can scan the QR code on the QBO website even if you don't get the option to scan a QR code from inside 1Password. If you follow the instructions in the link I shared with you, you will see how to make the QR code scanner appear.
