Just subscribed, but the personal vaults are frozen, while the business vaults are fine

Hi, I set up the account for my small company. We recently subscribed to the Business Plan, but my account in the Mac app is both frozen and fine. It seems that the side that has my Personal vault is frozen. Everything else is fine.

The sign-in addresses are different, so I imagine it thinks these are different accounts, but they are attached to the same email address. What do I need to do to merge these two accounts and thaw out the frozen side?
