Hi,
I've been using the chrome integration for a while now with no problems. However about two weeks ago or so it stopped working. I enter my password on the chrome browser and it unlocks the app, but the integration does not work - I can't fill anything automatically on the browser anymore.
I also use 1password on Linux and on that one the chrome integration is working fine. My chrome settings have "integrate with 1password app" enabled. However my account shows locked and the slider to enable it is not allowing me to do so as shown on the image below

I'm running 1password version 7.8.6 and chrome extension version 2.0.5

1Password Version: 7.8.6
Extension Version: 2.0.5
OS Version: OS X 11.4
Sync Type: Not Provided

Can you try the following steps and let me know if it resolves the issue for you?

    1. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.
    2. Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
    3. Under Accounts & Vaults unlock your account.
    4. Re-enable integration.

Let me know how it goes, or if you have any questions - I'll be happy to help.

I did that - click on the "locked" button in accounts and vaults, logged in, however, that did not unlock the integration. After I signed out and signed back in it started working again. Not sure what triggered this condition, hope it does not happen again.

    Thanks,
    Christian.

I'm glad to hear things are working as expected again. I suspect 1Password in Chrome had some trouble grabbing your account details from the desktop app. Toggling integration will usually force it to re-establish communication. Hopefully you'll have smooth sailing from here on out! :)
