Removed macOS Touch ID - 1Password still auto-locks all the time

I stopped using Touch ID on my macOS (don't ask why, I don't care to get into it).

However, 1Password, which before Touch ID would stay unlocked for weeks at a time, now constantly locks itself (e.g., on screensaver), despite the settings only to auto-lock on sleep, fast user switching, and 12 hours of timeout.

How do I fix this broken feature to stay unlocked all day please? It's a drag typing my super long passphrase over and over.

Thanks!

I would suggest a SMC reset. That may help sort things.

Thank you for the suggestion @ag_tommy. I did it, but unfortunately, does not seem to change the locking behavior. I will monitor and see if it changes.

Please let me know what you discover. I can't say I have seen it before. That said, I am a collector of the strange an unusual tidbits. I may be able to add this to my collection.
