No "Free 1Password Families Membership" section in My Profile

As a new employee at a 1Password Business subscriber, I don't see a "Free 1Password Families Membership" section in My Profile as stated in these instructions. I don't know if this has any bearing, but I also see "Waiting to be confirmed" under my avatar which suggests I need to reply to a confirmation e-mail, but I didn't receive one and there's no resend link if this is indeed the case. Please help. Thanks!

    "Waiting to be confirmed"

    This would indicate your company's 1Password administrator has not yet approved your signup. The confirmation email goes to them. This will also prevent you from seeing any shared vaults. Once they've confirmed you, if they have the option on their membership, you should see the option for a free 1Password Families membership.
