Every few months, my wife's 1Password master password just stops working. I then do a recovery which is successful and then the new master password is denied. I am NOT making any typos. I repeat and the same thing happens. I have contacted support about this in the past but I never remember what the solution is. So I'm doing it here in the forum so I can hopefully find the answer when this happens the next time. Locked out of iOS and Mac apps.
