Master Password stops working
Every few months, my wife's 1Password master password just stops working. I then do a recovery which is successful and then the new master password is denied. I am NOT making any typos. I repeat and the same thing happens. I have contacted support about this in the past but I never remember what the solution is. So I'm doing it here in the forum so I can hopefully find the answer when this happens the next time. Locked out of iOS and Mac apps.

It sounds like the recovery is completing but, on iOS, it continues to look for the old 1Password password, which could be expected. You should not need to be completing recovery on a frequent basis. Something sounds amiss, a corrupted database possibly? I would recommend contacting my email counterparts and let us try to determine what is happening.
