web vault modernization

Hello,

I am currently testing 1password and really like its apps (macos/windows/cli/*BSD/linux) and philosophy (rust and go languages).

I would like NOT to install apps on my work laptop and only use browser extension. But the web vault is used to edit/add/delete logins and passwords, really simple and looks like 90's design. No multi-select, no right click, etc..

Other passwords managers (bitwarden, lastpass) web vault are more modern and user friendly (really).

Does 1password team plan to refresh web vault application ? Does the browser extension will allow to edit/add/delete logins without using web application ?

Thanks.

I would expect things to change over time. When 1Password in the browser was originally envisioned it was primarily intended for business users who needed a way to use 1Password at work. Over time we have become to use it more and more across all of 1Password.

For example you can delete an item without using the web interface by clicking the ... in the item entry.
