This has been an issue for 3 years now, my son just gave up on 1password. I'm trying to actually get it working on his laptop before college.
So I keep seeing how he can have two accounts with the same email address (that is bizarre design). I have sent him an invite to his gmail, and he apparently started a trial (don't know how, that's probably the default) which is frozen. I don't see any way to log into the family account since the sign-in address is the same.
How do we move forward? He's on a MacBook Pro 2019, 1Password 7.8.6 (70806001).
