Quick Access should open over full screen windows

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

Opening Quick Access from a full screen MacOS window switches to the desktop, and doesn't even switch back to the previous screen once it closes. This is very frustrating, it should preferably pop over the current window, even if it's full screen, or at least switch back to the previous app once a password has been copied.
