How is 1Password 8 Early Access suddenly so FAST at unlocking?

The latest stable version of 1Password 7 was really starting to piss me off in recent months. The browser extension would get stuck on "Unlocking..." forever and would often just refuse to work. I'm not even sure when this started or why.

I installed the 1Password 8 for Windows Early Access version and its extension and suddenly unlocking is nearly instant. Whoever did this, I thank you! It's a joy to use now :)
