Attachments not showing up only on iPad app

I have 3 devices: Macbook Pro, iPad and iPhone.

All this devices are syncing using dropbox, I can see all the attachments on Macbook Pro and on the iPhone but they aren´t showing up on iPad.

What could be wrong?

    What version of 1Password are you using on your iPad? Could you please let me know the specific version number or post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your iPad if you're not sure what version of 1Password you have installed on your iPad?
