Preferences window on Mac 1P8

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

Why is the preferences window modal? Why is the close button on the right? You do realize that this is not what a Mac user expects to find, right? Please change this behavior. Thank you.

    Because it's Electron, and Electron isn't built to work like Mac apps are supposed to work.

    Hi @petvas and @KirkMcPike,

    In the latest nightly build of 1Password 8 for Mac we've put preferences in a separate window instead of a modal. Thanks for the feedback on this. ❤️
