Custom Item Icons (And One More Thing)

Please tell me this is something that will be fixed/brought back. I've put together a nice collection of custom icons for my items, such as for the items that don't have great default (favicon.ico) graphics, and I can't imagine not being able to continue having those.

P.S. I'd really like to be able to preview an "Attached File", just like I can for an image added as a "Document" item, before opting to download it to my device. For example, I like being able to load up an item with a picture of my insurance card, and show it to the person right from the app.
