Support Community: Inaccessible Thread

A message thread entitled 2FA Backup Code appears on the top level Topics page of the community in the Membership section. However, when I click on the Membership section it doesn't appear in the list of threads. I can only read the thread by going to Dave_1P's comments history and clicking on his post there.

For me, there is also no discussion named "2FA Backup code" listed in the "Memberships" part.
But I see the discussion in the list of all parts.
But when I click on the discussion, I'm able to open and read it.

@DenalB I wonder if Naxterra has marked their profile as private? If I click on their username then where the user's comments are normally listed it says "You do not have access to any comments on this page".
