I see I made a mistake, I have 1Password v7.8.6. I want to download the new version 7.8.7. I am trying to download from 1 password app.
Get "Downloading, update, then relaunch" repeating but no download. I'm using Apple MacOS Big Sur v11.5.2 on my iMac pc. I'm paying big bucks for this app. I use it multiple times a day. I expect better customer service from igg software. You keep sending me to online questions which most often do not help. I think you need to be more customer service orientated. C'mon guys, I need help from an igg software programmer.

Are you trying to update 1Password from the Mac App Store, or is this the 1Password app downloaded from our website?

What do you mean by "applications file"?

I don't know if you got this post or not. You guys are awfully hard to get a problem fixed. I see no websites to you respond to or a telephone # when we have a technical problem with 1 password.
