Generating Passkey on Second Account
My wife and I have a 1Password family plan and we both have separate logins into our joint account at Capital One. I created a Passkey for my login at Capital One. When she tries to login, a dialog box appears saying "Sign in with a passkey" that is linked to my account. When I close that box, another dialog box appears asking how I would like to sign in: iPhone photo of a QR code or via a Security Key (which I interpreted optional ways to open my account). When I cancel that option, then I can click on the "Sign in using a Passkey" button (which is how I generated my passkey), but when I do that the first dialog box reappears offering to sign in with my passkey. I can sign in using her user name and password, but once in the account, I don't see a option to generate a passkey. As I mentioned, when I generated my passkey, I clicked on the "Sign in using a Passkey" button to generate the passkey. How do I generate her passkey? Thank you.
Generate a masked email in the 1Password app
I see another thread about this from 3 years ago marked as "solved," with the solution being that you let the developers know. Well, here we are 3 years later, and I have set up Fastmail integration with 1Password. When it works, it's great. I like 1Password adding the Email field automatically to my entries. But if 1Password doesn't allow me to "create a masked email" inside the browser, there is no way to generate the masked email and have it added as an "email" field with the nice Fastmail badge in 1Password. Have you implemented this feature yet? Is it on the roadmap? If it is, can you tell me the ETA for it?
Add Orion RC to list of apps that support universal autofill
The standard Orion browser app supports universal autofill, but for anyone that pays for Orion and gets access to Orion RC, universal autofill no longer works. This was mentioned on the Orion Feedback site here: https://orionfeedback.org/d/8673-1password-universal-autofill-works-in-regular-orion-but-not-in-rc A developer there said this is a 1Password issue and that Orion RC needs to be added to its list of identifiers. The macOS bundle identifier of the Orion RC browser is `com.kagi.kagimacOS.RC`. Can we please get this identifier added to 1Password in a future release?
Passkey on Safari results in error "PublicKeyCredential" after upgrade to Mac OS 15.4
Hi all, after upgrading to Sequoia 15.4, authentication using Passkey (which is required by my employer) ends with error message "TypeError: Can only call PublicKeyCredential.toJSON on instances of PublicKeyCredential" on Safari. It was working before the upgrade without any problem. I didn't change anything except system upgrade. On Firefox it's stil working correctly as before (and Chrome didn't work neither before). Is anybody facing the same problem? Is it problem of Safari 1Password extension?
1password 8.11.14 will not start on MacOS 15.7.1

Dear all I have two issues with passkeys and macOS Tahoe: When I attempt to save a new passkey in Safari, macOS default handling of Passkeys butts in, despite having disabled all Autofill options in Safari settings. Ultimately, creating a passkey fails. My workaround is to use 1Password on iOS (26.0.1) to create the passkey. This works fine and the passkey is also synced to 1Password on my Mac. This brings me to issue number two. When attempting to sign in with a passkey, once again, macOS defaults to the following prompt: When I select scan QR code and scan the code with my iPhone I get the prompt to use 1Password on iOS to sign in: The sign in then works fine using 1Password. With previously created passkey, I get the correct signup popup in the browser from the 1Password extension: Also, to confirm, these are my system settings for AutoFill & Passwords: Anyone else experiencing similiar issues with 1Password on macOS Tahoe? Or did I miss something and have some settings misconfigured? Thanks Kenneth
