Lost all My ability connect to my email!

I have a valid subscription and for no reason i cant access my account nor have it on the database of 1pass and as i said i have a valid subscription and i have proof that i will attach here that show you that my email address is the right email plus i have my apple store subscription Data that will renew on 11 June 2022

I really don't know what is happening and i hope someone explain it for me from 1 pass team

I'm really disappointed since my whole data is there and im an old customer and what happened is not acceptable by any means!
