5 years ago1Password not working with sites that use Healthsafe ID.
I'm going to repost a question from someone else that I never saw an answer to:
Two sites I access use Healthsafe ID to manage logons. When I visit the websites (see below) I use the 1Password browser extension to try to populate the user/password in the logon boxes but it always redirects me to one generic site, healthsafe-id, that has no password gateway. The only way I can log in is to copy/paste the password rather than use the 1Password browser extension. Error occurs with both Safari and Chrome. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? BTW, it seems to work with Apple Keychain.

Thanks!

Hey @cindyjrob ,
Let's make sure the URLs in your login items are correct. For optumbank, make sure the website's URL in the login item is https://www.optumbank.com/ . If it is different, edit the login item and change the website field to "https://www.optumbank.com/" , then save the changes.
For myuhc , make sure the website URL in 1Password is https://prod.member.myuhc.com/ .
Once you have these URLs in their respective login entries in 1Password, you should be able to autofill instead of "Open and fill" when you reach the login page of the website.

@cindyjrob:
Which takes me to the dead-end website. How do I replicate what you did? In other words, when I'm on a website, at the login point (navigating to it manually), how do I get 1Password to just fill. Not open and fill?
Can you confirm what version of the 1Password browser extension you are using?

Wow. Thank you for going through all that trouble. Once I'm ON the website, I can unlock 1Password and copy the information. The problem is that 1Password always wants to OPEN and fill. Which takes me to the dead-end website. How do I replicate what you did? In other words, when I'm on a website, at the login point (navigating to it manually), how do I get 1Password to just fill. Not open and fill? If I could just do that, it would be great. Again, I hope that makes sense. Again, thank you!

There's definitely some unorthodox behaviour in the refresh or access to their login portals. I suspect it's because they assign a dynamic URL to each session, which does make it a little troubling. That said, I was able to save and fill a Login for each site and successfully fill the credentials from 1Password in Chrome. To illustrate, I recorded the steps for you here:
For
healthsafeid.optumbank.com
- Optum Bank recording
Foraccounts.myuhc.com
- My UHC recordingCan you try replicating these steps, with your own credentials, and let me know if it improves your filling experience?

No, it doesn't. I've tried everything. I guess I'll try to contact their support desk. It's odd that it works with Apple Keychain. Thanks so much for your help, though. And quick responses.

As far as I can tell, the site won't allow you to sign in unless you've manually navigated to their login form. Even if I've navigated to the form, copied the URL and pasted it into a new browser tab - I get the same generic landing page.
To confirm, if you search Google for MyHealth ID and go to the login page from there, are you able to autofill your credentials from the Login form fields that way? Does it allow you to sign in?

OK, I see what you mean. Yes, I copied the whole string. It took me to the correct place, with a login point, and it filled the login and password. BUT, every time I click log in it takes me to a place that says Page Expired. I did it three times.

I think I misunderstood. Can you explain more about the string? Like, when I click on that link there's something else with it?

Hi. I've tried it by saving BOTH URLs. The original site's (https://accounts.myuhc.com) and the healthsafe site. Both lead right back to that landing page. What do you mean when you say it has a string appended?
