Can't log out of 1Password Mac app because logged in with old inactive account

Hey!

I made an account for our company several years ago. Didn't end up using 1Password back then.

Then a couple of months ago I created a brand new account which we've been using.

However, on my Mac, I'm logged into my old (inactive) account. The problem is that I can't log out of my old account so I can use the app with my new account.

Any thoughts on how to solve this?

It sounds like you need to reset the app on this device:

You will be able to add your new account information afterwards. Please let us know how it goes!
