New iOS 15 1p extension not using default settings.

FYI

I have my 1P setup to automatically save new logons to my Shared vault. Up until I installed the new extension for iOs and macOS 15,, all new items are saved there.

However, the new extension saved new logons to my Personal vault by default. I had to find the extension settings and change the default location to Shared.

I solved my problem but I should not have had to do that.
