cannot add account in new device

Hello everybody
I subscribed the Family plan.
I try to "setup another device" in my iPhone 7Plus, I scan the QRCode from both my laptop or iOS device, I type the password, but I always get that red ribbon that doesn't show me any information.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the problem remains.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 15.0

Solved by doing a factory reset.
