How to move custom field from one group field to another?

Is it possible to move custom fields from one group field to another?

In the example screenshot below, I would like to move the custom field from Section 1 to Section 2.

This is not possible, so you will have to create the same custom field in the second section if you need it there :+1:

Ah, that one small limitation is extremely painful as it requires a lot of copying & pasting. Not something that is possible for not one or few but at least 100's of items.

Really wish the company pays more attention on flexibility of rearranging custom fields.

And more thing, those up & down arrows are also very painful. In my case, an item contains a lot of custom fields (like API keys for various websites) and to make it easier to find them, I arrange them in alphabetical order. Press up & down is a lot of play.

The drag-n-drop concept has been around for quite a few years.
