Can't add an Account secured with 2FA

When I try to add my professional account to 1password 8 I'm asked to enter the 2FA code but there is no input :(

    What exact steps did you take to add your account to 1Password 8?

    If you attempt to add your account using the steps outlined here, does it work?

    That is exactly what I did

  • Hi @leomartin, our apologies for this - you have encountered a known issue, in which the 2FA prompt doesn't appear properly for non-English language settings. Is it possible for you to change the language to English for just this part of the process?

    This issue is definitely a priority for us, though. Thank you for letting us know that you encountered it!
