autofill not entering data

In my accounting package Reckon, 1 password recognizes the username and password but doesn't enter the details when clicked. ie the 1Password icon appears and when clicked the correct option for the entry is listed but nothing happens when clicked.

    Hey Glen,

    I wasn't able to locate the login page that you show in your screenshot. When I go to https://reckon.com, I click the "Login" button on the top right corner and select one of the options there. None of the options provided a login page similar to your screenshot.
    Can you please copy the link of the login page from your browser's toolbar and paste it here so we can reach the login page you're seeing directly?

    In addition, can you please try clicking the 1Password icon on the top right corner of your browser and autofill from there? Does that work as expected?
