I don't understand the "new" file attachments feature announced in 7.8.8

I must start off by saying I am a standalone customer, so maybe it's only "new" for subscribers?

The release notes tout the ability to add file attachments to any item type, but it would seem that I can already do this with 7.8.7. I have files attached to a great many software licenses. I then went to several of the item types that the notes mentioned, clicked Edit, scrolled to the bottom, and could already see an Attachments section in every one that I tried.

So where, exactly, does the "new" part come in? :)

    Hi @wj1pfan:

    That's correct. File attachments are now available for 1Password accounts, but as you mentioned have been available for standalone vaults previously.
