Item icons do not update and can't be modified

I have a few items in my vault/s that I have replaced the favicon scraped by 1PassX with a better image. When these items sync to 1Password Desktop on Linux I see the old icon that was originally scraped. Signing out of my account and back in again did not resolve the issue.

In addition, there's no way to update icons in the Linux client.

    Hi @thomasfedb, that change is indeed currently available in the Beta. 😃

    While we don't have a timeline to announce on the implementation of this in the stable release, changes and improvements are as always coming down the pipeline - stay tuned!

    Okay, is that available in the Beta Channel? Any timeline for custom icons making it into the stable release?

    Hi @thomasfedb! This is because custom icons are not fully implemented in 1Password 8 just yet.

    In the latest Nightly builds it is now possible to view any custom icons you had set via 1Password.com, but there's no way to edit them in-app at the moment. If you'd like to know a bit more about this you can check out the comments from our staff members on this thread.
