Masked email, filling oddities

Forgive me if this is a duplicate.
If I go to change the email address associated with an account on some sites (e.g. abetterrouteplanner.com), I am not presented with the Create Masked Email … option.
Also, sometimes when I create a new login using Create Masked Email, I'm not presented with the existing login when I revisit the registration page. For example, the registration page on radiotimes.com (I do get given the existing logins on the sign in page). I think I should be presented with existing logins to remind me that I have registered.
