Can’t sign in. Your email address, Secret Key, or Master Password is incorrect.
You've told me that you're going to charge me again - fine. My Credit card has been renewed so I want to make sure that you get paid and update my credit card details that you have. You say 'click on billing in the column', there is no 'billing'. You say go to the 1password web page and go to billing. But I can't sign in.
Trust me my email address is correct. Trust me the secret key is correct as I have copied it from preferences in the app loaded on my Mac. Trust me my master password is correct as I have it as a secure note in the app. I have reloaded and re booted. I have clicked 'trouble logging in' and you direct me to a page that ask=s if I want to delete my account (or is it a vault?). No I don't!!
I have read your forums, there is no advice. How hard should this be????

It's possible you might have created two 1Password accounts with different credentials. If the website tells you that the information you are entering is incorrect, either the email address, Secret Key or Master Password is wrong. To avoid sharing your account information here, can you send us an email to support+forum@agilebits.com from your account's registered email address so we can continue the conversation there?
