1Password Mini not working on Mac OS

I am running the latest 1Password on Mac OS. I have updated Chrome and Firefox to the latest versions and reinstalled the 1Password extensions but 1Password Mini does not display logins. Instead it invokes the following and when I click on "Open 1Password", nothing happens:

1Password Version: 1Password 7 Version 7.9 (70900001) 1Password Store
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
