Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22483

I'm running the latest Insider Preview Build and stay current. I've noticed since moving to Win 11, I'm no longer able to install 1Password. When I click on the .exe - I get a 1Password popup "Do you want to install 1Password" - click Yes, screen flashes and goes away - the install dies quietly. I've 'run as admin', same result. I've checked security settings, noting is being blocked, no 'unwanted applications found', etc.

I can still use the 2.1.3 extension version for Edge, CTRL-SFT-X works as well, so I'm not dead in the water, but not having the Windows app available is frustrating.

Any thoughts?
