Fields with multiple Lines & Markdown

It would be great if we could add additional fields where you can create lists with Markdown.
Currently, it seems only possible to create these in the notes field.
I have some use cases where such a field would make sense.

• An Adress Entry where I want to add lists with diagnoses and one with medicine
• A Server Entry where I want to add a list with important Programs and Services
• TOTP Backup Codes
• Licence Keys with multiple lines (https://1password.community/discussion/124267/feature-request-multi-line-keys-passwords)

I know that my Screenshot is from V7. I uninstalled V8 because I need the ability to move Sections and fields.
I'm looking forward to using V8 again when that feature is back.
