If you sign into 1password.com, are your red cross credentials listed there? Which application are you having problems syncing the data to - your mobile device, your computer?

Okay I verified that the Red Cross credentials are available on the one password website. I corrected the username and saved it seems to be okay. I'll need to check later if the browser plug in for Chrome on my Mac still works.

In case you are still experiencing issues, please provide us with as many details about your setup as you can, such as the extension's version number, your browser's version number, the 1Password desktop app's version etc. The more details - the better :)
